Katy and James' wedding

31/7/2024

Katy and James were married on 26 July 2024 at Colville Hall Wedding Venue. They went for pretty pinks and whites for their flowers, which included roses, dahlias, astilbe and germinis.

Katy's bouquet was soft and pretty, fairly flower heavy with just a little foliage to frame the bouquet.

The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Katy's bouquet, all finished with ivory satin ribbon.

Delivered to the venue!

James' buttonhole featured white and pink spray roses, gypsophila and eucalyptus.

The other men wore smaller versions with a single buttonhole. I actually lined all the buttonholes up, took a video of them to make a reel and then completely forgot to photograph them! Oops! So this is a screenshot of the video, hence the terrible quality!

They did look pretty all lined up at the venue, in their little water vases and with their handwritten name tags.

We dressed the ceremony area with a long and low arrangement and flowers down the aisle, which were later placed in small vases as the centrepieces.

The cake was made by Baked by Els and we provided fresh flowers for decorating.

Dawn and Craig's wedding

20/7/2024

Dawn and Craig were married on 6 July 2024 at Hever Castle. Their colour palette was white and green and they wanted to keep the flowers simple and 'unfussy', so we worked with a reduced range of individual blooms that included roses, carnations, lisianthus and gypsophila.
Picture
Dawn's bouquet was a beautiful mix of the flowers used, kept fairly neat and uniform with white chiffon ribbon to finish.

The five bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of all gypsophila with some eucalyptus.

For Craig's buttonhole I paired a couple of lisianthus blooms with gypsophila and eucalyptus.

The other men wore buttonholes of all gypsophila and eucalyptus to match the bridesmaids.

The ceremony space at Hever Castle is just stunning, with the most spectacular views of the lake to the front and the gardens behind. The weather on the day was very hit and miss with quite a lot of rain but you'd never tell from these photos with blue sky! Dawn and Craig chose to keep the decor very simple so as not to take away from the beauty of the space, so we just tied some flowers to the ends of the chairs lining the aisle.

The venue for the wedding breakfast is also a beautiful space, so again the decor was kept very simple and unfussy. On the 13 tables we placed two bud vases which the couple provided, with a few stems in each, a spray of eucalyptus at the base and some tealights to finish. The top table had some extra vases for the bouquets and there were a couple less tables than originally ordered so we dotted the surplus bud vases around the venue.

The little preview of the pro photos comes courtesy of Teri V Photography, I can't wait to see more!

I hope the couple had a magical day!
