Danielle and Jack were married on 29 August 2019 at The Coach House at Marks Hall. Among the flowers were these stunning 'cafe au lait' Dahlias and a fabulous array of succulents in different shapes, sizes and colours. Danielle's bouquet was absolutely stunning - a cafe au lait dahlia as the focal flower with a selection of other burgundy blooms, foliage, pampas grass, pheasant feathers and succulents. A real wow! The bridesmaids carried bouquets of all foliage with a few succulents which looked amazing. Boxed up and ready for delivery. And sorry Danielle - couldn't resist the below photo of you! Nothing beats that wedding-morning-excited-face! The groom's and other men's buttonholes featured a succulent with pampas grass and some foliage - I just loved this set up. Danielle had a bride's man as well as her maids, who wore a fancier buttonhole which included a red spray rose. The venue looked amazing all set up - the table centrepieces featured a "ring of foliages" with succulents dotted through and beautiful taper candles from Rock The Day Styling. The bride and groom then added in a Hendrick's gin bottle with an extra sprig of eucalyptus in the centre to finish off the look perfectly. The groom's mum and sister made the wedding cake and I was practically drooling while decorating it - it smelt absolutely delicious! I didn't want to detract from its beauty so I just added a few sprigs of foliage on top and between the tiers. The stunning professional photos come courtesy of Photographer Liam Gillan. I hope Danielle and Jack had an amazing day! ❤️

Sherry and Paul were married on 25 August 2019 at Houchins. They went for a pretty pink and white colour scheme for their flowers, incorporating roses, hydrangea and stocks. Sherry's bouquet was finished with rose gold ribbon held with pearl headed pins - pretty and elegant. Sherry had two adult and two junior bridesmaids, with their bouquets gradually getting smaller in size to keep them in proportion with the maid. All boxed up ready for delivery! You can see the changing sizes in the bouquets better here. The buttonholes were kept fairly simple - a white spray rose with smaller buds for the junior page boys. We wired and taped them in a traditional style and provided pearl headed pins for attaching. The mums wore wrist corsages - pink on a pearl beaded bracelet and white on ivory ribbon. Perfectly coordinated to their outfits! Sherry and Paul went for my foliage curtain to frame their ceremony area, with a matching foliage garland along the front of the registrar table. They also chose simple gyp chair ends, finished with rose gold ribbon to match the bouquets. The top table was also a foliage garland, with white and pink roses dotted throughout. The tables were set up in a banquet style but kept elegant with crisp white linens. In the centre of the tables were tall floral arrangements on a conical glass vase. These looked especially lovely with the draping and walls of fairy lights. Houchins is such a versatile venue! I hope Sherry and Paul had the most wonderful day 💗
Katie and George were married on 25 August 2019 at Vaulty Manor. They went for blush and white with a little bit of lavender for their flowers - such a pretty combination! Katie's bouquet was so soft and pretty, finished with beautiful trailing ribbons in satin and lace. The six adult bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bride's bouquet, with trailing satin ribbon to match. There were also four little flower girls who carried little posies of all gypsophila, with the same trailing ribbon as the bridesmaid bouquets. So sweet! All boxed up and ready for delivery! The buttonholes were kept fairly simple - a large white rose for the groom and smaller spray roses for the groomsmen, all with some dried lavender and eucalyptus. The groom's was finished with lace to match the bride's bouquet with the other buttonholes finished with the ivory satin. Katie had been really hoping for an outdoor ceremony and luckily the sun shone for them for the most perfect day. We set up a large pedestal stand on either side of the gazebo, with a personalised wooden box on the ceremony table which was later moved over to the top table. At the bride's request we incorporated some hydrangea into these designs which worked perfectly with the rest of the flowers. A simple eucalyptus garland decorated the elegant mirrored welcome sign. Along the top table we left a gap in the middle for the personalised box to be moved over and then scattered eucalyptus foliage along the rest of the table. The tables incorporated two different designs - a couple of them had a wooden crate with a beautiful floral arrangement inside, and the others had log slices, jam jars and gin bottles for a really rustic feel. There were also some larger vases for the bridesmaid bouquets to be placed into. A couple of gift bouquets for the mums to say thank you! Below are a few snaps from the wedding, a couple of the pro shots from Ella Violet Photography and a couple from the guests. It looked like a beautiful day! I hope Katie and George had the most amazing day! 💗💜
Joanne and Chris were married on 22 August 2019 at Maidens Barn. They chose a pretty blush pink and white colour palette with flowers including peonies, hydrangea, roses, astilbe and gypsophila. Joanne's bouquet was classically pretty, with trailing ribbons in shades of pink, silver and ivory. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, also finished with the same trailing ribbons. The little flower girl carried a pretty wand and wore a super cute little clip with a sprig of gyp on in her hair. All boxed up and ready for delivery! The groom wore flowers to compliment the bridal bouquet, with white and pink spray roses, astilbe, gyp and some foliage, finished with ivory ribbon. The other men's buttonholes were similar but without the pink spray rose to make the groom's that little bit more special. The bride's mum walked her down the aisle and wore a wrist corsage of all white flowers, arranged on a pearl beaded bracelet. Bride and groom! The ceremony room at Maidens Barn looked stunning once all set up, with a 'long and low' on the ceremony table, gyp chair ends and lanterns with rose petals scattered around the base. The gyp chair ends were finished with trailing ribbons matching the bouquets, which cascaded to the floor. A stunning long and low for the ceremony table - look at those hydrangea!! This arrangement was later moved over to the top table for the wedding reception. The bride and groom created their own seating plan, using a large hoop with the tables suspended in the centre. This incorporated the Chanel theme which was running throughout, with each of the table names laid out on a perfume bottle. I decorated the hoop with a simple garland of foliages and designed two clusters of flowers, top and bottom, with a few further sprigs of gyp pegged onto the bottles. The table centrepieces were a hurricane vase with a candle and little glass beads inside, with a wreath of flowers around the base. The table names were also on Chanel perfume bottles - of course! - and everything looked so elegant. A second hoop decorated the wall behind the top table. I decorated this with a thicker foliage garland and one large cluster of flowers to the top corner, with just a few blooms at the base. The photos below were sent to me by bridesmaid Natalie (another previous bride of mine!) How lovely does everyone look?! I hope Joanne and Chris had a wonderful day 💗
