Jade and Carl were married on 31 August 2024 at Maidens Barn. They went for a classic colour palette of white and green, with the flowers including roses, dahlias, campanula and some stunning orchids. I loved Jade's bouquet, the orchids added a touch of luxury and were so perfect in all white. I normally shy away from using orchids as I think they intimidate me a bit!! But they were so easy to work with and they're so beautiful. The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Jade's bouquet, without the orchids as we kept them as a special extra for the bride. All delivered to the venue. For Carl's buttonhole we paired a calla lily with spray roses and eucalyptus. For the groomsmen we made smaller versions without the calla. There was also a ladies wrist corsage of spray roses and astrantia. The ceremony room looked beautiful all set up, with a long and low on the table, chair ends and petals down the aisle. The chandelier had been decorated for a previous wedding and left up but luckily it was in the same colour palette to my couple benefitted from some extra flowers! The long and low was moved over and placed on the top table, with some extra vases laid out for the bouquets and chair ends to be moved into after the ceremony. The tables featured a log slice which we hired to the couple, a gin bottle and two bud vases, each with a few blooms inside. The couple named their tables after the brand of gin and I loved the extra little detail of a miniature of each bottle! The cake was made of cheese (amazing) and I decorated it with a few fresh blooms. The pro photos are courtesy of Sharon Cudworth Photography and they're just perfect! I hope Jade and Carl had the best day 🤍
