Kirsty and Dan were married on 5 October 2024 at Houchins. They chose a stunning colour palette of peach/soft champagne and cream, with pops of burnt orange. Their flowers included roses, germini and stocks, with dried materials such as pampas grass and bleached ruscus. I loved Kirsty's bouquet, which was asymmetrical in shape with a lovely mix of fresh and dried materials and finished with rustic twine. There was just the one bridesmaid who carried a smaller version of Kirsty's bouquet. Boxed up and delivered to the venue. Dan's buttonhole featured a spray rose, gyp, dried materials and fresh foliage. The other men wore smaller versions without the spray rose. In their vases and delivered to the venue. For the mums I designed two different styles of corsage - one for the lapel and one for the wrist. I dressed the ceremony with a foliage curtain, one of the most popular designs my Houchins couples go for and you can see why - the space is large and neutral, so the foliage adds impact and compliments the outside space perfectly. I also placed a 'long and low' arrangement on the table which was later moved to the top table. For the reception the couple provided a load of wine bottles which I filled with fresh flowers and placed down the centre of the long banquet tables. I then weaved foliage around the base of the bottles. The stunning pro photos are courtesy of Farlie Photography: I hope Kirsty and Dan had the best day! 🤍
