Kristina and James' wedding

Kristina and James were married on 2 May 2025 at Vaulty Manor. They chose a gorgeous palette of pinks for their flowers, which included roses, stocks, astilbe and lisianthus.

Kristina's bouquet was a beautiful mix of light and dark shades of pink, with lots of lovely eucalyptus and trailing ribbons to finish.

The three bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Kristina's bouquet, with all the same flowers in the same colours.

James' buttonhole featured spray roses, lisianthus and waxflower, with pink chiffon ribbon to finish.

The other men wore very similar but slightly smaller buttonholes.

The weather on the day was glorious so they held their ceremony outside in the gardens. I dressed the front of the gazebo with two sprays of flowers, placed a long and low on the table and little posies on the chairs lining the aisle.

I stayed on site during the ceremony so that I could move all of the flowers from the ceremony over to the barn. I will always recommend you do this so as to really maximise use of your flowers, however not all venues will do this for you - it's always best to check. For Kristina and James I removed the flowers from the gazebo and reattached them to my metal arch frame which we placed behind the top table. The long and low then went on the table and the chair ends were dotted around in little jars.

The guest tables featured a geometric lantern which the couple hired from me, decorated with loosely placed sprigs of foliage and flowers in the colours of the wedding dotted throughout. They opted to go for LED candles due to the number of children attending the wedding, however these are so realistic nowadays you couldn't tell!
