Lucy and Myles were married on 10 August 2024 at Houchins. They went for soft pinks and whites for their flowers, which included roses, dahlias, astilbe and stocks. Lucy's bouquet was kept soft and pretty, and not too large as she was a very petite bride! Lucy had two junior bridesmaids, so I designed them mini versions of her bouquet. There was also a little flower girl who carried a wand of fresh flowers and trailing ribbons. Delivered to the venue! Myles' buttonhole featured a large pink rose, pink and white spray roses and some foliage. The other men wore smaller versions without the main focal rose. For the mums I made them lapel corsages to match the groom's buttonhole. The ceremony set up was kept fairly simple with a long and low on the table and flowers on the end of the chairs lining the aisle. The venue looked beautiful with a mix of low and tall centrepieces, on my high riser stands and gold candlesticks. The containers were hired but the flowers were designed into a dish so they could be taken home at the end of the night. The cake was made by Maria Summers Cake Design and we provided some fresh flowers for her to decorate it with in a simple, elegant design. The stunning pro photos come courtesy of Kristian Lissimore Photography. I hope Lucy and Myles had a wonderful day!
