- How does collection/delivery work?
Generally these packages are designed for collection from my studio in Colchester CO1, however I can deliver them for an additional fee (charged by mileage and time for a round trip to your venue). I cover all of Essex and Suffolk. The packages are available Wednesday-Sunday (except at peak times i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas). We will work with you via email to confirm the collection/delivery details. All items will be packaged for safe transport and I will talk you through how to care for them once they leave my studio.
- What colour palettes do you offer?
I can cater to most colour palettes, however flower prices are dictated by supply and demand so particularly "trendy" colours do sometimes come at a premium - please just drop me a message if you're not sure. Some of the most popular palettes are white and green, blush pink, mixed pastels or bright and vibrant.
- Can I select the flowers?
Generally no, I can offer these packages at a fixed price because I'm not having to worry too much about ordering in specific blooms. However if there's anything you'd particularly like for sentimental reasons or there's a bloom you're really not keen on then do please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate this. These packages are available exclusively with fresh flowers.
- What if I want something not included in these packages?
My packages are designed to be simple and include the most popular/essential floral items for your big day. I offer a fully bespoke wedding service as well though so if there's anything else you'd like (e.g. arches, larger centrepieces, cake flowers etc) then please use my main contact form and we can book you in for a consultation to chat specifics. The items within each package cannot be swapped or changed out.
- How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer and an invoice will be sent with full details upon booking. A £50 non-refundable booking fee secures your order with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- How much notice do I have to give?
These packages can be booked as little as 1 month before your big day! You can book up to 12 months in advance and the prices will be fixed.
- Do I have to return the vases?
No, these are for you to keep! They make a perfect little gift to give to your guests after the wedding or take them home yourselves and fill your home with beautiful florals! (although not generally recommend if you're heading straight off on honeymoon!)
