- How does collection/delivery work?
Generally these packages are designed for collection from my studio in Colchester CO1, however I can deliver them for an additional fee (charged by mileage and time for a round trip to your venue). I cover all of Essex and Suffolk. The packages are available Wednesday-Sunday (except at peak times i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas). We will work with you via email to confirm the collection/delivery details. All items will be packaged for safe transport and I will talk you through how to care for them once they leave my studio.
- What colour palettes do you offer?
I can cater to most colour palettes, however flower prices are dictated by supply and demand so particularly "trendy" colours do sometimes come at a premium - please just drop me a message if you're not sure. Some of the most popular palettes are white and green, blush pink, mixed pastels or bright and vibrant.
- Can I select the flowers?
Generally no, I can offer these packages at a fixed price because I'm not having to worry too much about ordering in specific blooms. However if there's anything you'd particularly like for sentimental reasons or there's a bloom you're really not keen on then do please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate this. These packages are available exclusively with fresh flowers.
- What if I want something not included in these packages?
My packages are designed to be simple and include the most popular/essential floral items for your big day. I offer a fully bespoke wedding service as well though so if there's anything else you'd like (e.g. arches, larger centrepieces, cake flowers etc) then please use my main contact form and we can book you in for a consultation to chat specifics. The items within each package cannot be swapped or changed out.
- How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer and an invoice will be sent with full details upon booking. A £50 non-refundable booking fee secures your order with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding date. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- How much notice do I have to give?
These packages can be booked as little as 1 month before your big day! You can book up to 12 months in advance and the prices will be fixed.
- Do I have to return the vases?
No, these are for you to keep! They make a perfect little gift to give to your guests after the wedding or take them home yourselves and fill your home with beautiful florals! (although not generally recommend if you're heading straight off on honeymoon!)

1. All Hannah Louise flowers products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a previously agreed ingredient or component within a design of equivalent value and quality without notice. This includes specific flowers/plants and sundries that may not be available.
2. All communication and amendments must come from the client(s) named on the quote and not from any other family member or third party.
3. Once you have agreed to a quote a non-refundable booking fee of £50 will be due to secure the date. This will be deducted from the final balance. An invoice will be sent confirming the amount and this should be paid within 7 days. All payments will be by bank transfer and bank details will be confirmed on the invoice. Once payment has been received a receipt will be issued along with written confirmation of the booking. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date.
4. Late payment may mean there is insufficient time to order the flowers required for your wedding/event and therefore alternatives may have to be provided. Hannah Louise flowers reserves the right to cancel any wedding/event flowers, if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.
5. Hannah Louise flowers charges for travel at a cost of 45p per mile and £20 per hour for a round trip from our studio in Colchester. This will be calculated by looking at mileage and travel times on Google Maps and then rounded up to the nearest whole number.
6. It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure full delivery details are provided to Hannah Louise flowers in good time before your wedding/event, including all addresses, contact names and telephone numbers, as well as delivery times.
7. Hannah Louise flowers will not accept responsibility for any damage to linens or tables as a result of placing flowers on top.
8. Buttonholes and corsages will need to be pinned on by the wearer, and this is done at their own risk. Hannah Louise flowers cannot be held responsible for any damage to clothing by flowers and pins provided.
9. If you wish to cancel the Hannah Louise flowers products or service we must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Any booking fee paid will be retained regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation. If you cancel your event after we have received payment from you, we will be unable to offer a refund and will retain the full amount.
10. In the event that you are not completely happy with the flowers then you will need to raise this at the time they are delivered/collected to allow us the chance to rectify the problem. We must stress the importance of this as we will not be able to fix any issues once we have left the delivery venue/once they have been collected from our studio.
11. In the event of extreme weather, another Act of God or force majeure (including but not limited to man-made, societal, political or governmental events) we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome. Ultimately, we cannot be held responsible for situations out of our control and if it results in the cancellation of the wedding/event after the flowers have been paid for and the work carried out then a refund will not be given.
