This information is required in order to discuss, quote and design your wedding flowers. This information is not shared with any other party. Following the date of your wedding or event we may share photographs in which individual people can be identified on our website and social media platforms. These photographs remain the property of the photographer who took them and as such fall under their own Privacy Policy. We will remove any photographs upon request, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to be forgotten and can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email. We use MailChimp for our email campaigns so your personal data will be transferred to MailChimp and processed by MailChimp. (b) To bill and collect money owed to us by our clients. This includes sending you emails, invoices and receipts.

(b) Retention of Data. We will retain your information for as long as you are a client of Hannah Louise flowers and for the period of two weeks after the date of your wedding or event. After this time all physical paperwork relating to the website will be securely shredded. Other documentation relating to the wedding quote or flower recipe may be retained for future reference, however this will never be shared with a third party. All electronic documentation relating to a wedding is kept on a secure, password protected device and will be transferred to a secure external hard drive after the date of the event which will be kept in a secure location.
We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.
10. Access We will give an individual access to any Personal Information we hold about them within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by contacting us.
