Cara and Tim were married on 14 October 2023 at Houchins. They chose a beautiful colour palette of blush pink, cream and burgundy with roses, dahlias, cosmos and homegrown amaranthus among the blooms used. Cara's bouquet was so pretty, possibly one of my favourite colour combinations! The little burgundy grasses in there added a little pop of fun and the champagne coloured ribbon finished it off perfectly. Cara had just the one bridesmaid who carried a smaller version of her bouquet. Delivered to the venue and a happy bride! Tim's buttonhole featured a large pink rose with white and burgundy filler flowers and foliage. The other men wore smaller versions with a spray rose as the focal flower. For the mums I designed a wrist corsage on a length of ribbon, in lighter shades of white and pink. All delivered to the venue! The ceremony looked so beautiful all set up and the sun was shining! We tied flowers to the end of every chair lining the aisle and placed some little bud vases along the front of the ceremony table - all arrangements which could be repurposed in the reception area afterwards! We also filled personalised confetti cones with fresh rose petals. On the guest tables I placed two vases for the chair end flowers and one of the bud vases from the ceremony table, with tealights added to create a romantic atmosphere into the evening. The absolutely stunning cake was made by Pinkface, and we provided fresh flowers for decorating. There were a few little leftovers that didn't make it on to the cake (we didn't want to cover up the beautiful design on the icing!) so I used them to decorate around the frames on the couple's memory table. Jessica and Matthew were married on 29 September 2023 at Vaulty Manor. They chose classic whites and greens for their flowers which included lovely roses, germini, waxflower and astilbe. Jessica's bouquet was so soft and pretty, with an abundance of eucalyptus to compliment the white blooms, and finished off with simple ivory ribbon. The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet. Boxed up and delivered to the venue! Matthew's buttonhole was a bigger version than the other men's, with two spray roses, waxflower and eucalyptus. The other men had just a single spray rose in theirs. For the ladies I created slightly more elaborate corsages, with the addition of some astilbe to bring some feminine charm to the design. All delivered to the venue! The ceremony was set up beautifully, with gorgeous chair sashes from Occasions Covered, petals down the aisle and a long and low arrangement on the table. The venue looked beautiful with large arrangements on each table on my tall gold hexagonal stands. I placed a trio of tealights at the base for some romantic candlelight as they headed into the evening. On the top table the long and low was moved over after the ceremony and I added some hired vases for some of the bridesmaid bouquets to be placed into as additional decor. I hired out a couple more vases for the bride and remaining bridesmaid bouquet to be placed into, and these were dotted around on the side tables. The absolutely stunning pro photos are courtesy of Whitney Lloyd Photography, take a look: I hope Jessica and Matthew had a wonderful day! 🤍
Claudia and Matthew were married on 21 September 2023 at Parklands Quendon Hall. They chose a stunning colour palette of nude and cream, incorporating both fresh and dried elements. Some of the beautiful blooms included the gorgeous 'Westminster Abbey' rose, 'Quicksand' and 'Marble Arch' roses, stocks, astilbe and waxflower. Claudia's bouquet was a stunner, soft and fluffy with the prettiest tones, all finished with trailing chiffon ribbon. The two bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Claudia's bouquet, with all the same flowers and foliages. There were also two little flowers girls, the older of which wore a flower crown and for the younger one I provided loose stems which were wired and taped so they could be added individually to her hair. They also both carried little flower wands. All delivered to the venue! Matthew's buttonhole featured spray roses, waxflower, astilbe, bunny tails and foliage. The other men wore smaller versions of Matthew's buttonhole. Delivered to the venue. For the ladies I designed wrist corsages on a length of ribbon. The church decor was kept fairly simple with little posies of flowers tied to the end of every chair lining the aisle. I also provided rose petal and eucalyptus leaf confetti for the guests to throw. At the entrance to the venue I placed a tall pedestal stand on either side of the doors, with a large floral arrangement on the top. These made a real statement as you walked in to the venue! They also made for a perfect photo area - look how cute the page boy and flower girl look surrounded by flowers! (they're my niece and nephew so thank you to my brother for sending me this photo!) The venue looked so pretty all set up, with the 11 centrepieces featuring a lantern and a ring of flowers that guests could take home. The couple had a sweetheart top table which I think was lovely - along the front of this I placed a garland of mixed foliages with flowers dotted throughout, with tall taper candles and tealights in glass votives. The incredible cake was made by Pinkface and I provided fresh flowers to decorate - it looked amazing on the tall stand! Finally there were four gift bouquets to give out as thank yous during the speeches. The stunning professional photos come courtesy of Chris Bradshaw Photography and I'm so grateful that he sent me a link to the full album! I wish Claudia and Matthew every happiness for the future 🤍
Hannah and James were married on 18 September 2023 at Vaulty Manor. They chose a gorgeous colour palette of ivory and burnt orange for their flowers, which included the stunning 'toffee' rose, 'cafe latte' and 'avalanche' roses plus a whole host of other lovely things such as pampas grass and bleached ruscus. Hannah's bouquet was so pretty. She didn't want much in the way of greenery so instead I used some bleached foliages, with soft chiffon ribbon to finish off the stems. A long list of georgeousness! These lovely shots of the bride with her bouquet come courtesy of Bridal Hair by Marina. Hannah's two bridesmaids carried smaller versions of her bouquet, with all the same flowers and not much in the way of natural greenery. Ready for delivery! James wore a large white rose for his buttonhole, with bleached foliages and dried materials. The other men wore smaller versions with a spray rose as the focal flower. I love seeing them all lined up in their little vases! The ceremony decor was kept fairly simple with just a long and low on the table and making use of the silk urns the venue have in place. The table arrangement was later moved to the top table. The centrepieces suited the venue perfectly and I designed them so that the guests could take the flowers home at the end of the night. I used a copper bowl as the base and made the designs asymmetrical and long rather than round, which better suited the oval tables at the venue. I wired up a load of flowers for the cake, and SugarStrandz then worked their magic with them to decorate the stunning 4 tier cake. The pro photos come courtesy of Tom Cullen - how stunning are these?! I hope Hannah and James had an amazing day! 🤍
