26/8/2021

Hannah and Alex were married on 10 August 2021 (fifth date lucky!) at Houchins. They chose pretty pinks, whites and blues with just the hint of burgundy for their flowers, which included roses, hydrangea, astilbe, oxypetalum and homegrown dahlias.

I provided loose blooms for the bride's hair, which the lovely Michelle at Bumbleebee Bridal added in on the day.
The bridesmaids wore wrist corsages instead of carrying bouquets - free hands for drinks and snacks!
Picture
They also wore hair combs with flowers to match.

Alex's buttonhole featured delicate flowers to compliment the bridal bouquet - that oxypetalum is just so pretty!

The other men wore double spray rose buttonholes with mixed foliage.
Delivery at the venue!

My lovely freelancer Amy helped me set up at the venue, where we created a stunning display in the ceremony area. Clusters of flowers adorned the ceremony loggia, with foliage joining them up and a large 'long and low' arrangement on the table. We also scattered rose petals down both sides of the aisle.

We provided pretty little bud vases for the tables - the venue later added in some tealights that the bride and groom provided.

We also decorated the mantlepiece with a beautiful foliage garland.

Natalie and Doug were married on 8 August 2021 at Houchins. They chose pretty whites and pinks for their flowers with a mix of different foliages, including eucalyptus, soft ruscus and ferns.

There were three senior bridesmaids and a flower girl, who carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet. All of the bouquets were finished with trailing satin ribbons.
Picture
The flower girl also wore a flower crown, with delicate white florals and a base of foliage.
Ready for delivery!

Doug wore a buttonhole of lisianthus and mixed foliages.
Picture
The groomsmen had smaller versions of the groom's buttonhole.
There were also lapel corsages with the ladies, which included gypsophila with the lisianthus and foliage.
Delivered to the venue!

We decorated the ceremony area with a beautiful long and low arrangement on the ceremony table and simple rose and foliage chair ends.
Picture

The top table looked a bit bare at the start but I know it would have looked lovely later on as the bouquets and chair ends were added into the vases.

The guest tables were adorned with lanterns, tealights, foliage and loose flowers. The glassware and the gold looked so beautiful and elegant.

Danniella and James were married on 7 August 2021 at Houchins. They chose classic all whites and greens for their flowers, which included roses, dahlias, calla lilies, astilbe and sweet peas.

James wore a buttonhole of spray roses, astilbe, gypsophila and foliage.

His groomsmen wore smaller versions with a single spray rose.

For the ladies there were wrist corsages on pearl bracelets.

We decorated the ceremony area with bud vases along the table and gyp chair ends down the aisle.
Picture
The tables looked so pretty and elegant - log slices, bud vases, mason jars for the chair ends, loose foliage and tealights. The couple provided their own table numbers  - I just loved the industrial metal look against the flowers.

The stunning cake was made by The Sugar Bunny Cake Co and we provided fresh florals and foliage to decorate it - it looked so pretty once finished!

Nicole and Nick's wedding

Nicole and Nick were married on 1 August 2021 at Houchins. Nicole went for a traditional shower bouquet, with flowers in shades of white, blue and purple. I used lilies (the bride's favourite!) roses, delphinium, eryngium, clematis and nigella.
Picture
Picture
Nicole's bridesmaids carried smaller, hand tied bouquets with the same flowers in the same colours, finished with trailing satin ribbons.
Picture

Nick's buttonhole featured a white rose, delphinium and mixed foliages.
Picture
There were various different combinations of flowers for the groomsmen and parent buttonholes/corsages, but all in the colours of the wedding.

The ceremony area was decorated with a large, statement long and low arrangement on the ceremony table - this would later be moved over to the top table. Sweet jars of nigella lined the aisle, with further jars hung from shepherds crooks in the garden.
Picture
I also provided fresh rose petals in a basket to be thrown as confetti.
Picture

Rustic mason jars decorated the tables, placed on a wooden log slice and surrounded by tealights.
Picture
We also provided fresh flowers to decorate the cake, which I understand was made by a family member.
Picture
I also designed a thank you bouquet for the two mums, each with their favourite flowers - roses and calla lilies.

I hope Nicole and Nick had a wonderful day!

Natalie and Mpuuga were married on 31 July 2021 at Copdock Hall. They chose an all white look for their flowers and I used a beautiful selection of blooms including garden roses, peonies, dahlias, roses and astilbe. Natalie's bouquet smelled divine!

Natalie's maids carried smaller bouquets of gypsophila and eucalyptus, finished with simple ivory ribbon.

Mpuuga's buttonhole featured spray roses, gypsophila and eucalyptus, with smaller versions for his groomsmen.

The beautiful welcome sign was designed by Kate Alice Lettering, which we decorated with two beautiful groupings of flowers and foliages.
The top table had vases for the bouquets to be placed into and tealight holders, which we decorated around with loose foliage.
For the tables the bride and groom provided a beautiful glass vase which we filled with a stunning display of all white flowers, including roses, gypsophila and homegrown dahlias.
I also hand wrote all the place settings with the guest's names, with white calligraphy on a kraft place card.

Here's a little preview from the photographers, Lina and Tom. It looks like they had so much fun!
