Katie and Scott were married on 22 June 2023 at Houchins. They chose beautiful pinks and whites for their flowers, with lots of lovely foliage. Blooms included roses, spray roses, sweet peas and gypsophila. Katie's bouquet was soft and pretty, kept fairly uniform and rounded in shape. I used the absolutely stunning 'Westminster Abbey' rose which was honestly so gorgeous and I've been waiting for an opportunity to use it! It was a good price and the prefect dusky pink colour so it went straight in my flower basket! Unfortunately when I delivered the bouquet to the bride she didn't like the astrantia I'd used in it, so I removed this while at the venue and the bride was happy after that! This has thankfully never happened before but I hate the idea that a bride could be unhappy with her flowers so I would always rather you told me if there was something you didn't like so I'm glad Katie spoke up! And luckily it was a small flower so easy to remove. I managed to get a couple of photos of the bouquet without the astrantia and it looks just as lovely without it. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bride's bouquet, and we also removed the astrantia from these after the delivery however I didn't manage to get any more photos of these. For the two little flower crowns I made headdresses of spray roses, gyp and foliage - so pretty! Boxed up and ready for delivery! Scott's buttonhole featured two spray roses, a white and a pink, with gyp and foliage and chiffon ribbon to finish. The other men wore similar buttonholes but in all white, with some single versions for the juniors. In their little vases at delivery! The ceremony area at Houchins looked so pretty set up. The couple went for a large, statement arrangement on the ceremony table, which they would later use on their top table, flowers on the chairs and candles down the aisle. The long and low arrangement covered the entire ceremony table which made a lovely statement, with foliage trailing from the flowers on the end of the chairs. The venue also looked so lovely all set up. They used the large ceremony arrangement on the top table, which we lengthened out with additional foliage and flowers, plus candles to add a magical glow in the evening. The guest tables were set out in a banquet style with foliage running down the centre, loose flowers and lots of candles. The beautiful pro photos come courtesy of Chloe Ellis Photography - check them out below. It looks like such a happy day! I hope Katie and Scott had a lovely day!

Beth and Craig were married on 3 June 2023 at Vaulty Manor. They chose pretty pinks and whites for their flowers, which included peonies, roses, astilbe and sweet peas - all my favourites! Beth's bouquet was soft and pretty, finished off with floaty chiffon ribbons. I provided some individually wired and taped flowers for adding to the bride's hair. The pictures from her hair stylist Dawn Taylor Beauty show how perfect they looked! The four bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Beth's bouquet. All boxed up ready for delivery! Craig's buttonhole featured a pink rose, astilbe, gypsophila and foliage - a mini version of the bridal bouquet! The other men wore exactly the same buttonholes - they looked so pretty all together! Delivered to the venue - I usually leave buttonholes on the bar as that means they can't be missed!! For the ceremony I filled the venue's urns with large, statement arrangements to frame the ceremony area beautifully and placed a long and low arrangement on the table which would later be reused on the top table. This was so much fun to do as these urns usually have silk arrangements in them so most couples just have them as they are, so it was really nice for a couple to appreciate fresh flowers so much and to want them to match the rest of their arrangements/bouquets etc! The tables were dressed with jam jars, log slices, tealights and bud vases - the prefect decoration for this barn venue! Plus it meant there were lots of flowers for the guests to take home at the end of the night - always a bonus!! The cake was made by Catherine Palmer and we decorated it with fresh flowers, lots of foliage and a little model of the couple's dog Dot - so cute!! A couple of thank you bouquets for the mums finished everything off. I've only seen this one little preview of the professional photos by Inverve, but if they're all as lovely as this I can't wait to see more! I hope Beth and Craig had the best day 🩷🤍 SuppliersVenue - Vaulty Manor

They chose a beautiful colour palette of blush and white, with pops of raspberry in the flowers. Blooms included roses, astilbe, peonies, stocks and scabious, with bunny tails and eucalyptus. The two bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets without the raspberry as they were wearing coloured dresses. Delivered to the venue! The ceremony looked lovely all set up, kept simple with flowers on the chairs lining the aisle. Rachael laid her bouquet down on the table while they said their vows. Houchins is such a stunning venue that you can dress up or down as you wish, and Rachael and Sean kept their decor fairly simple so as to compliment the venue beautifully. On the tables they placed mirror plates with two little jars they sourced themselves. The larger jar had the flowers from the ceremony, with the design finished off with a mirror plate and table number. The beautiful pro photos come courtesy of Sophie Oldhamstead Photography, so lovely! I hope Rachael and Sean had a lovely day!
Megan and Jake were married on 1 June 2023 at Houchins. They chose classic whites and greens for their flowers, which included roses, campanula, astilbe, sweet rocket and phlox. Megan's bouquet was so pretty and with the addition of a few sweet peas it smelt divine! We kept the ribbon simple with ivory satin bound round the stems. The four bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Megan's bouquet, with all the same flowers and foliages. There were also four flower girls who each carried a little heart shaped wand of gypsophila - so sweet! Boxed up and ready for delivery! Jake wore a spray rose, gypsophila and foliage buttonhole in a larger arrangement than his groomsmen. The other men wore smaller buttonholes with a single white spray rose, gyp and foliage. Delivered to the venue in their little vases with the handwritten name tags attached (this is something I do for every wedding and many a venue has thanked me for it!) The ceremony looked lovely all set up, with my foliage curtain framing the ceremony area, petals down the aisle and a long and low arrangement on the table. The long and low was later moved to the sweetheart top table and there were 7 other tables for the guests. In the centre of these was a log slice provided by the venue, on top of which we placed our trio of cylindrical glass vases with floating candles inside. Around the edge of these we loosely placed sprigs of foliage and gypsophila. A fairly simple design but so elegant and effective. And I loved the little nod of colour in the table runner and napkins! A couple of thank you bouquets for the mums. The cake was made by Luca's Cakes however I'd finished my set up before she arrived so I left all the flowers for her to play with! I always wire and tape every stem so as to keep them food safe so it's just a case of poking them into the cake! The absolutely stunning pro photos come courtesy Sharon Cudworth and aren't they just beautiful! Check them out below: I hope Megan and Jake had the best day! Venue - Houchins
