Jenny and James were married on 16 September 2023 in a church ceremony, with their reception to follow at the family home in Galleywood. They chose classic whites and greens for their flowers. Jenny's bouquet was so pretty, with the most stunning 'Marble Arch' roses, soft and fluffy gyp and beautifully fragranced stocks amongst the blooms. The bride had a flower crown, which I believe she put on after the ceremony after she'd removed her veil. A delicate circlet of spray roses, gyp and foliage, I always leave flower crowns open at the back so they can be fully adjusted for comfort. The four bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Jenny's bouquet with all of the same flowers and finished with nearly wrapped ivory ribbon. They also all wore simple crowns of gyp and foliage. The two little flower girls carried wands with a small selection of flowers to match the bouquets. All boxed up ready for delivery. James wore a large rose with foliage as his buttonhole. The other men wore a smaller version with a spray rose as the focal flower. The mums wore flowers round their wrists, a grouping of all white blooms on a pearl beaded bracelet. At the church we designed two beautiful, statement milk churn arrangements to sit either side of the entrance. I had my lovely friend Alana helping me with the set up so she snapped a quick picture of me outside the church, I'm quite tall so you can see how big these arrangements were! Inside we tied flowers to alternate chairs lining the aisle and to the two posts at the front. The couple provided their own centrepieces but we made a real feature of the top table. An extra large (5ft) long and low arrangement dressed the table and we decorated the stunning arch that the groom made with two large groupings of flowers. It looked gorgeous! I haven't seen any of the pro pics yet but these lovely photos of the bride and her bridesmaids are courtesy of the make up artist Make Up by Stephanie. I hope Jenny and James had a lovely day! 🤍

Sarah and Ian were married on 15 September 2023 at East Mersea Hall. They chose classic whites and greens for their flowers, which included roses, dahlias, stocks and astilbe. Sarah's bouquet was soft and pretty, with lots of different textured blooms and the trailing chiffon ribbon finished it off perfectly. The three bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Sarah's bouquet, all with the same flowers. There were also two junior bridesmaids who carried smaller versions still - I think it's so important to keep the flowers in scale depending on if it's an adult or a child carrying them! Delivered to the venue. Ian wore a bigger buttonhole than his groomsmen, with three spray rose blooms and lots of lovely foliage. The other men wore smaller versions with just a single focal flower. In their little vases delivered to the venue. In terms of venue decor the couple did their own centrepieces, however I designed a beautiful long and low arrangement which was used on both their ceremony table and their top table. A couple of thank you bouquets! I also provide some flowers for the cake, which Crumbs to Creations collected from me the day before the wedding (sometimes that works best in terms of logistics!) It was so lovely of Lockyear Photography to send me so many of the gorgeous pro photos - take a look below: I hope Sarah and Ian had a great day! 🤍
Emily and Adam were married on 1 September 2023 at Villiers Barn. They chose a classic, elegant palette of white and green for their flowers which suited the barn venue perfectly, with roses, dahlias, astilbe and stocks among the blooms. Emily's bouquet was super pretty, textured and bursting with so many gorgeous white blooms. The stems were finished with neatly bound ivory satin ribbon. The six bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Emily's bouquet, all finished with the same ribbon. For the little flower girl I made a wand with flowers to match the bouquets. Boxed up ready for delivery! Adam's buttonhole featured a single white rose with lots of foliage, with ivory satin ribbon to finish. The other men wore smaller buttonholes with a white spray rose and foliage. There were a couple of little ones for page boys too. Delivered to the venue in their little vases with handwritten name tags! Welcome to the wedding! The set up at Villiers Barn was so lovely, including signage from Lottie Louise Designs. For the ceremony we utilised flowers from the reception area by placing the flowers from the tall centrepieces on pedestal stands and the 'long and low' on the table was later placed on the top table. The venue looked so pretty all set up, with a mix of tall and low centrepieces, the long and low on the top table and vases for the bouquets to later be placed into as additional decor. I placed the tall arrangements on our hexagonal, gold high riser stands with tealights at the base. There were four of these designs and 7 of the lower arrangements which were a hurricane vase with a ring of flowers around the base. All of the sundry items were hired from me but I designed the flowers so that the guests could take them home after the wedding and enjoy them for a little longer! Ellie and Ben were married on 19 August 2023 at Hatfield Place. They chose a beautiful champagne and ivory colour palette for their flowers, which included some homegrown cafe-au-lait dahlias, 'dorchester' roses, astilbe and freesia. Ellie's bouquet was soft and pretty, with lots of different textures and ivory satin ribbon to finish. The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, with all the same flowers in the same colours. Ben's buttonhole featured two porcelain spray roses, astilbe and foliage - so elegant. The other men wore a smaller version with a single rose and no astilbe - it's nice for the groom's bouquet to be a bit more special! Delivered to the venue! The ceremony area looked stunning by utilising the flowers from the tables, which later dressed the top table and centrepieces beautifully. I placed some of the large arrangements on my tall pedestal stands first, with one either side of the ceremony table and two at the entrance to the aisle. A long and low arrangement graced the ceremony table and the aisle was dressed up with simple gold lanterns and foliage. The ceremony space at Hatfield Place makes a real statement on its own but it is nice to break up all the white walls with a bit of colour! The tall arrangements would later be moved to my gold hexagonal stands on half of the tables, with the other half having a smaller arrangement on a gold candlestick. The couple then provided their own runners and candles to add to the tables. I also hired the couple some nice vases to add along the top table for the bridesmaid bouquets to be placed into later on. The gorgeous cake was made by the bride's step mum and I dressed this up with fresh flowers - the little gold accent on the tip of the tiers looked so beautiful and the colours of the flowers complimented it perfectly. The little preview of the pro pics comes courtesy of Lainey Lovell Photography - how stunning! I hope Ellie and Ben had a lovely day! 🤍
