Nicole and Nick were married on 1 August 2021 at Houchins. Nicole went for a traditional shower bouquet, with flowers in shades of white, blue and purple. I used lilies (the bride's favourite!) roses, delphinium, eryngium, clematis and nigella. Nicole's bridesmaids carried smaller, hand tied bouquets with the same flowers in the same colours, finished with trailing satin ribbons. Nick's buttonhole featured a white rose, delphinium and mixed foliages. There were various different combinations of flowers for the groomsmen and parent buttonholes/corsages, but all in the colours of the wedding. The ceremony area was decorated with a large, statement long and low arrangement on the ceremony table - this would later be moved over to the top table. Sweet jars of nigella lined the aisle, with further jars hung from shepherds crooks in the garden. I also provided fresh rose petals in a basket to be thrown as confetti. Rustic mason jars decorated the tables, placed on a wooden log slice and surrounded by tealights. We also provided fresh flowers to decorate the cake, which I understand was made by a family member. I also designed a thank you bouquet for the two mums, each with their favourite flowers - roses and calla lilies. I hope Nicole and Nick had a wonderful day!
