Beth and George were married on 29 October 2022 at Colville Hall. They went for classic whites and greens for their flowers, which included roses, spray roses, lisianthus, astilbe, hydrangea and astrantia. Beth's bouquet was beautiful, so textured and pretty. We kept the ribbon simple with a neat ivory satin wrap. The two bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Beth's bouquet. George's buttonhole featured a single white rose with foliage, with a smaller version for the other men featuring a spray rose and greenery. The couple went all out with their venue decor and it looked stunning. There are two barns at Colville Hall, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. In the ceremony barn we decorated the welcome sign with fresh flowers. We also tied flowers to the ends of the chairs and set out our four pedestal stands, painted silver for this occasion, two at the entrance to the aisle and one on either side of the ceremony table. On the top of these were four of the floral arrangements from the table centrepieces - a wonderful way to repurpose flowers you already have to really make a statement for your ceremony. We also placed a long and low arrangement on the table. Leading into the reception barn was the table plan which we decorated in the same way as the welcome sign. The long and low was moved to the top table and vases were set out for the bridesmaid bouquets and the chair ends. The real statement piece for this wedding was this fabulous arch which lead guests through to the bar and dancefloor from the wedding breakfast. It was stunning, with mixed foliages and lots of lovely white flowers. On each of the eight guest tables was a tall glass vase with a large floral arrangement on top - four were used in the ceremony barn first so we set up the other four and left the vases on the other tables. The cake was made by a family member and kept simple with royal icing. We jazzed it up with a spray of roses down the centre, with sprigs of foliage dotted throughout - beautiful! A big thank you to my lovely freelancers who helped me pull this off! The stunning pro photos are courtesy of Chris Woodman Photography. I hope Beth and George had the best day!
