Carys and David were married on 7 September 2019 at The Compasses at Pattiswick. They went for all foliages, with just a few flowers in the bouquets - it was great to be able to do something so different as foliage is quite often under-appreciated! The bride loved leopard print so sourced some leopard print ribbon for the bouquets and chair ends which worked really well with the greenery. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, complete with succulents, seed pods and matching ribbon. All boxed up and ready for delivery! The men's buttonholes were a thistle and a mix of foliages, with soft green ribbon to finish off. The room where both the ceremony and reception took place looked beautiful when all set up. Along the front of the registrars table I loosely placed a mix of foliages with a lantern at either end. On each of the chairs lining the aisle was a little sprig of foliage, tied on with leopard print ribbon. Behind the table was a single hanging hoop with trailing foliages which made for a lovely backdrop. As the ceremony and reception were in the same room I couldn't set up any of the table centrepieces, so I found other places around the room to place them first. Carys and David had a less formal set up for their tables so some of them had larger arrangements with a log slice, foliage garland and foliage bud vases. Some of the others featured a larger mason jar of foliage and on the remaining I provided extra bud vases for the chair ends to be moved into. Here's a little preview of the beautiful professional photos by The Menagerie Lifestyle Photography. I hope Carys and David had a wonderful day! 💚🌿
