Claire and Mike were married on 22 June 2019 at Mulberry House. They chose a classic all white and green look for their flowers including lots of my favourites - especially peonies and sweet peas! They had clearly put a lot of thought into decorating the venue as every area was covered, including the entrance to the ceremony room, the staircase where the bride makes her entrance and little personalised touches for all their tables. The professional photos here come from Sean East Photography. Wishing a long and happy future to Claire and Mike! Claire's bouquet was beautiful and smelt amazing! The jasmine trails coming out at the sides looked so pretty and really helped to break up the white so you could see and appreciate all the different textures. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Claire's bouquet, all finished with a soft grey ribbon. All boxed up and ready for delivery! There were three flower girls - two carried a gypsophila wand, one of my most popular designs for the little bridesmaids, and wore a matching flower crown while the little maid wore a mini wrist corsage on matching ribbon to the bouquets. The groom wore a double buttonhole featuring spray roses to keep it more delicate, with a single rose for the other men to match. There were also three mini buttonholes for the page boys which were so cute! I used a smaller headed spray rose, less gyp and less foliage to keep them in proportion with the wearer. The two mums wore corsages to compliment the men's buttonholes, with a double rose like the groom but with the addition of astilbe which added a little feminine touch. Claire and Mike had clearly put a lot of thought into decorating the venue as every area was covered, including the entrance to the ceremony room, the staircase where the bride makes her entrance and little personalised touches for all their tables. The box that went on the ceremony table and later the top table was huge! Once full of floral foam and flowers it was so heavy it took two of us to carry it in! Claire wasn't keen on the area outside the entrance to the ceremony room so wanted to add a little extra decor - she provided some lanterns and the chalkboards and I added in my wooden crates which the couple hired off me as well as some galvanised tins with flowers in. I even ended up moving the cigarette bin and hiding it behind a bush to make the area a little prettier! The staircase where the bride made her entrance - I wrapped a mixed foliage garland around the bannister and added in little groupings of flowers which were in water vials to keep them fresh. A little behind the scenes view of studio as I was designing the flowers! That was a lot of crates to fill - keep reading to see them in use! The personalised wooden crates were used as centrepieces on the tables and made for lovely keepsakes after the wedding (I'm not sure what happened to the colouring in these photos!) A couple of thank you gift bouquets finished the flowers off. The professional photos here come from Sean East Photography. Wishing a long and happy future to Claire and Mike!
