Collette and Mark renewed their vows after 30 years married at Prested Hall on 10 January 2020. They went for a beautiful mix for their flowers, incorporating deep red, peach and pink blooms including roses, hypericum, astilbe and pepperberries. Collette chose a more compact bouquet, in a natural hand tied arrangement and finished with burgundy satin ribbon. Packaged up and ready for delivery! I tried out my new calligraphy skills on the recipe card but unfortunately on delivery this got a little wet and the ink ran so I think I'm going to stick to a biro in the future! I like these to be a little keepsake after the wedding so I wouldn't want these ruined by running ink. There were two little flower girls to accompany Collette down the aisle - one age six and the other only two so I kept their wands in proportion with them. The older flower girl had a larger rose and the younger one had a spray rose, each with small blooms to match the rest of the wedding. These were finished with trailing burgundy trailing ribbons to compliment Collette's bouquet. There were three main men in the bridal party, each with a buttonhole of a pink rose, berries and some foliage. These were also finished with burgundy ribbon to match. Over at the venue the reception was held in the orangery with a room off to the side set up for the ceremony. On the beautiful fireplace in this room we placed two small wooden boxes with flowers inside up on the mantlepiece. The family made these boxes themselves, as well as the larger one that we placed in the centre of the reception table. The orangery all set up - they went for one large table with flowers running down the centre. The stunning box in the centre of the table - we stuffed this full of gorgeous blooms to make for a real showpiece. Also on the table were four lanterns with floral arrangements around the base, each of which was placed on top of a log slice. A few tealights around the edge finished it off perfectly. I hope Collette and Mark had a wonderful day celebrating with their friends and family and here's to the next 30 years!
