Debbie and Mark were married on 12 August 2022 at Houchins. They chose a classic colour palette of blush pink and ivory, with their flowers including some stunning garden roses, astilbe, lisianthus and freesia. Debs' bouquet was a beauty - the prettiest combination and the most heavenly scent with the o'hara garden roses and freesia. I also included a few homegrown dahlias from my cutting garden. There were three adult bridesmaids and three junior bridesmaids. The adults carried smaller versions of Debbie's bouquet, and the juniors carried smaller versions of the adult's bouquets! They were all finished with soft pink ribbon. Boxed up and delivered to the venue! Mark wore a double spray rose buttonhole with foliage, with a single version for the other men. Welcome to the wedding! We dressed the welcome sign with a garland of flowers along the top - the perfect entry! The ceremony area looked so pretty all set up. I hung my foliage curtain from the loggia, tied flowers to the chairs and filled a personalised box with blooms for the ceremony table. This makes for a lovely keepsake after the wedding - perfect for storing wedding mementos in or even for planting up in the garden. The top table had the box moved over and placed in the centre. We then dressed the rest of the table with my geometric tealight holders and loosely placed eucalyptus. The table plan was decorated in a similar way to the welcome sign. For the tables Debbie and Mark had had a great time drinking lots of gin!! We placed two bottles on a log slice, one with flowers and one they had filled with fairy lights. We then placed another tealight holder with foliage wrapped around the log. A fairly simple set up but so effective - especially as the two bottles were for the same brand and then the table was named after that brand. Just a single thank you bouquet to finish off. A little preview of the happy couple courtesy of the bride - doesn't Debs look stunning!! It was one of the hottest days of the year too but it doesn't seem to be bothering them here! I hope Debs and Mark had a wonderful day!
