Ellea and Ian were married on 29 August 2022 at Gosfield Hall. They chose pretty pinks and whites for their flowers, which included roses, spray roses, stocks and gypsophila, with soft toned eucalyptus foliage. Ellea's bouquet was so pretty, soft and fluffy with a beautiful fragrance from the stocks. We finished with trailing ribbon in pink and ivory. The six bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of all white flowers, with the ribbon kept neat to the stem. The two little flower girls carried baskets with fresh rose petals inside for them to scatter. All boxed up and ready for delivery! Ian wore a double spray rose buttonhole in all white, with lovely eucalyptus and pink ribbon. The other men wore smaller versions with a single rose and ivory ribbon. For the mums we designed wrist corsages of all white flowers on pearl beaded bracelets. Delivered to the venue, with a thank you bouquet for the groom's mum. The ceremony was held outside on a beautiful sunny day. The couple brought in a bench which was dedicated to the groom's late father which I thought was a lovely idea. We tied a little posy of flowers to this and placed a long and low arrangement on the table. The silk blossom trees were hired from a different company but framed the whole area beautifully. The long and low was later used on the top table, with bud vases dotted along the rest of the table. The couple hired silk blossom trees for half of their tables and then used some of the bridesmaid bouquets on the others - we made a bit more of a feature of these with a mirror plate and tealights in glass votives. We decorated the single tier cake by Bear and Cub Cakes and doughnut tower provided by the couple with fresh flowers - my tummy was rumbling while doing this because it all smelt so yummy! A little thank you bouquet for the groom's mum. I haven't seen any of the professional photos yet but here's a little preview of the happy couple from instagram: I hope Ellea and Ian had a lovely day!
