Ellie and Ben were married on 19 August 2023 at Hatfield Place. They chose a beautiful champagne and ivory colour palette for their flowers, which included some homegrown cafe-au-lait dahlias, 'dorchester' roses, astilbe and freesia. Ellie's bouquet was soft and pretty, with lots of different textures and ivory satin ribbon to finish. The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, with all the same flowers in the same colours. Ben's buttonhole featured two porcelain spray roses, astilbe and foliage - so elegant. The other men wore a smaller version with a single rose and no astilbe - it's nice for the groom's bouquet to be a bit more special! Delivered to the venue! The ceremony area looked stunning by utilising the flowers from the tables, which later dressed the top table and centrepieces beautifully. I placed some of the large arrangements on my tall pedestal stands first, with one either side of the ceremony table and two at the entrance to the aisle. A long and low arrangement graced the ceremony table and the aisle was dressed up with simple gold lanterns and foliage. The ceremony space at Hatfield Place makes a real statement on its own but it is nice to break up all the white walls with a bit of colour! The tall arrangements would later be moved to my gold hexagonal stands on half of the tables, with the other half having a smaller arrangement on a gold candlestick. The couple then provided their own runners and candles to add to the tables. I also hired the couple some nice vases to add along the top table for the bridesmaid bouquets to be placed into later on. The gorgeous cake was made by the bride's step mum and I dressed this up with fresh flowers - the little gold accent on the tip of the tiers looked so beautiful and the colours of the flowers complimented it perfectly. The little preview of the pro pics comes courtesy of Lainey Lovell Photography - how stunning! I hope Ellie and Ben had a lovely day! 🤍
