Emma and Karl were married on 24 June 2018 at High House Weddings. They went for a pretty pastel blue and white colour scheme which looked lovely with the other decorations in the venue. The stunning 'lollipop blue' hydrangea took centre stage in the bouquets with a series of other blue and white flowers to compliment. The bride and her 3 maids had matching bouquets with that hydrangea taking centre stage. They also included ammi, carnations, lisianthus, gypsophila and eucalyptus. I used blue delphiniums in the jam jars for the tables to match the hydrangea in the bouquets, and simple foliage garlands decorated the wishing well and the base of the cake. A basket of fresh rose petal confetti added a final finishing touch. Dried petal confetti can be very expensive (it takes time and effort to dry those petals, whenever I've tried it myself they just go mouldy so there's definitely a skill involved!) so fresh petals can be a great alternative and coloured roses can also be used to match the theme of your wedding. The stunning professional photographs were taken by D&N Photography Ltd and they've captured the flowers and the joy in this wedding so beautifully! Wishing a very happy future to this lovely couple 💙
Love, Hannah x
