I previously posted about my mum's garden in the early Spring and as we are now coming up to the Summer I thought I'd give a little update. It's mostly a Summer garden so there's much more to see in the Summer. We've had the wisteria and peonies - of the five plants in the garden a couple are now in full bloom and the others are very close. The lupins are out, as are the irises, leucanthemum, foxgloves and aconitum. We've planted up the cutting garden - we had so many seedlings that they're not just in the main cutting garden but dotted all over the rest of the garden as well. There are so many other plants that are still growing up at the moment so I'll post another update later in the season to show you.
My mum does such a good job with her garden. I try and help but I'm much better at looking at and enjoying the flowers than I am at actually planting them!
