Jenny and Alan were married on 12 August 2018 at West Street Vineyard. They chose a lovely and soft lilac and ivory colour scheme for their flowers which included 'dancing clouds' and 'talea' roses, spray roses, gyp, freesia, scabiosa, and eucalyptus, with some gorgeous hydrangea and delphinium for the milk churn at the venue. The bridal bouquet looked so pretty and the bride loved it! The buttonholes featured a 'sterling sensation' spray rose with a little sprig of gypsophila and some foliage. I also designed three wrist corsages for the female guests on a pearl beaded bracelet - two in lilac and one in ivory. These are always the last thing to make before leaving to set up the wedding because they're out of water all day and need to stay fresh as long as possible. The milk churn looked fabulous with some stunning flowers in it. The original plan was to place it outside with the welcome board but I think it had to be moved inside because it looked like it was going to chuck it down at any moment! The welcome sign was hand painted by a relative of the couple and it looked so beautiful and elegant with the white against the grey. I created a garland to sit along the top of it with a little cluster of flowers in the middle. I had a few extra flowers and a but of foliage so I added a little bit of decoration to the seating plan before I left. Congratulations to this lovely couple 💜
Love, Hannah x
