Joanne and Chris were married on 22 August 2019 at Maidens Barn. They chose a pretty blush pink and white colour palette with flowers including peonies, hydrangea, roses, astilbe and gypsophila. Joanne's bouquet was classically pretty, with trailing ribbons in shades of pink, silver and ivory. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet, also finished with the same trailing ribbons. The little flower girl carried a pretty wand and wore a super cute little clip with a sprig of gyp on in her hair. All boxed up and ready for delivery! The groom wore flowers to compliment the bridal bouquet, with white and pink spray roses, astilbe, gyp and some foliage, finished with ivory ribbon. The other men's buttonholes were similar but without the pink spray rose to make the groom's that little bit more special. The bride's mum walked her down the aisle and wore a wrist corsage of all white flowers, arranged on a pearl beaded bracelet. Bride and groom! The ceremony room at Maidens Barn looked stunning once all set up, with a 'long and low' on the ceremony table, gyp chair ends and lanterns with rose petals scattered around the base. The gyp chair ends were finished with trailing ribbons matching the bouquets, which cascaded to the floor. A stunning long and low for the ceremony table - look at those hydrangea!! This arrangement was later moved over to the top table for the wedding reception. The bride and groom created their own seating plan, using a large hoop with the tables suspended in the centre. This incorporated the Chanel theme which was running throughout, with each of the table names laid out on a perfume bottle. I decorated the hoop with a simple garland of foliages and designed two clusters of flowers, top and bottom, with a few further sprigs of gyp pegged onto the bottles. The table centrepieces were a hurricane vase with a candle and little glass beads inside, with a wreath of flowers around the base. The table names were also on Chanel perfume bottles - of course! - and everything looked so elegant. A second hoop decorated the wall behind the top table. I decorated this with a thicker foliage garland and one large cluster of flowers to the top corner, with just a few blooms at the base. The photos below were sent to me by bridesmaid Natalie (another previous bride of mine!) How lovely does everyone look?! I hope Joanne and Chris had a wonderful day 💗
