Kat and Jay were married on 5 August 2019 in a church ceremony and held their reception afterwards at Wivenhoe House. Kat chose a classic shower bouquet with a pretty combination of white and pastel blue flowers. The single bridesmaid carried a smaller, hand tied version of Kat's bouquet with all the same flowers and finished with a simple ivory ribbon. All boxed up and ready for delivery! The buttonholes featured a white spray rose and blue delphinium, with a few sprigs of foliage and finished with the same ivory satin ribbon. The church was decorated with traditional pew ends and pedestal arrangements, all of which was later moved over to the venue. The pedestals framed the front of the church beautifully and the pew ends featured chiffon fabric which cascaded to the floor. Over at the venue the table centrepieces featured beautiful candles, foliage and white flowers. This is such a popular design at the moment and the addition of the white flowers helped tie everything together. Once I'd moved them over to the venue I dotted the pew ends around in jam jars on the various side tables, including one on the cake table with this beauty from Luca's Cakes. Here's a sneak peek of some photos from the wedding; how lovely are these! I hope they had a lovely day! 💙
