Katie and Rick were married on 3 August 2022 at Braxted Park. They chose a pretty colour palette of blush pink, pastel blue and white, with flowers including roses, astilbe, delphinium, agapanthus and astrantia. Katie's bouquet was soft and pretty, with trailing ribbons in shades of blush and ivory. The three bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets that had a gypsophila base, with pink roses, astilbe and delphinium, and trailing ribbons to match the bridal bouquet. Ready for delivery, with little sprigs of gyp for the bridesmaids' hair. The bridesmaids looking lovely with their hair styled by Rhapsody Hair and Events. Rick's buttonhole featured the three colours of the wedding, with spray roses and delphinium. The other men's buttonholes were all the same, finished with a little bit of ivory ribbon. The ceremony at Braxted Park was held in the orangery, which is a beautiful room with murals on the wall and floor to ceiling windows. The couple had hired a silk flower moongate for the backdrop and simple sashes for the chairs, and we added gyp chair ends, a long and low on the table and petals down the aisle. The top table had the long and low moved over from the ceremony room, and then vases laid out for the bouquets and chair ends. For the guest tables the couple requested hoop centrepieces that could be taken home at the end of the night. They also had a Tiptree them, with jam themed table names and mini jam jar favours. The cake was designed by Cakes at Kim's and the couple ordered a simple floral arrangement for on top. I hope Katie and Rick had a lovely day!
