Lauren and Conor were married on 26 August 2018 at the Best Western Rose & Crown Hotel. They went for an ivory and dusky pink colour palette which meant I got to use the beautiful 'menta' rose - one of my favourites! I also used spray roses, astrantia, lysimachia, gyp, astilbe and phlox, with three different varieties of eucalyptus and also some jasmine trails. The bridesmaids carried all gyp bouquets with a hint of eucalyptus around the base to tie them in with the bridal bouquet - they looked fabulous and make a nice change to a bouquet of just gyp. They also featured lovely trailing satin ribbons in shades of pink and ivory. Conor had a rose and gyp buttonhole and the other groomsmen had just gyp and foliage to match the bridesmaid bouquets. They were finished with twine which looked fab - it shows that you don't necessarily have to have the same ribbon on he bouquets as on the buttonholes. Sometimes the men want to be a bit more "manly" and therefore the twine works well for this! At the venue I got to put together this fabulous top table arrangement - I pre-made a mixed foliage garland which was placed in the centre of the table. I then loosely placed eucalyptus stems along the rest of the top table and added flowers in individual water vials into the central garland. A full top table garland can get very expensive so this is a great, more budget friendly, way of doing it. The bride and groom also added Mr and Mrs letters and some little silver lanterns to make more of a feature along the length of the table. The fabulous cake and cupcakes were by The Cupcake Oven and we provided some flowers to accompany them. The absolutely gorgeous professional photographs are by Helen Elliott Photography - you can see a preview below. I can't wait to see more (I swear I get just as excited as the bride and groom about seeing the pro photos from a wedding!!) Wishing a long and happy future to this lovely couple! 💗
Love, Hannah x
