Lucy and Lee were married on 4 June 2022 at The Tudor Barn Belstead. They chose soft peach and ivory tones for their flowers, which included roses, spray roses, sweet peas, astilbe and stocks, as well as dried bunny tails as a nod to the bunny theme running throughout their wedding. The sweet peas and briza maxima grass were homegrown in my cutting garden - the briza is a new favourite so I'll definitely be growing lots more next year! Lucy's bouquet was so soft and delicate - due to the dress she chose we changed the colour palette for the flowers during the planning process from brighter peaches to these soft, champagne tones and I'm so pleased we did because this colour palette is just stunning! With trails of ivory satin to finish this bouquet is up there with my all time favourites. The six bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Lucy's bouquet, all finished with trailing ribbons. For the little flower girl we designed a wand with small blooms to match the bouquets. Boxed up and ready for delivery! Lee's buttonhole complimented the bridal bouquet, with a soft peach spray rose, foliage and bunny tails. The other men had similar buttonholes but with a white spray rose for the focal flower. For the mums we made wrist corsages on a length of ivory ribbon. The Tudor Barn is a beautiful venue so we didn't need to go too crazy with the decor, but we decorated the ceremony area with bud vases on the table and chair ends with trailing ribbons. Lucy and Lee had a bunny theme running throughout their wedding, with the tables named after their beloved pets and little rabbit accents all over. The attention to detail was impeccable, with gold bunny favours and bunny shaped treats on the sweet table! For the tables we designed a beautiful floral arrangement in my glass footed bowls, then added in the wooden table names on site. Lucy wanted to keep her bouquet so she ordered a smaller bouquet of just gyp for the bouquet toss - a brilliant idea to keep tradition but also to keep, and possibly preserve, your bouquet you've spent a lot of money on! The little preview comes courtesy of Elizabeth Jayne Photography - I can't wait to see more! I hope Lucy and Lee had a lovely day!
