Rachel and Bruno were married on 23 April at The Lion Inn. They chose pretty pinks, blues and whites for their flowers, which included roses, delphinium, astilbe, astrantia and forget-me-nots. Rachel's bouquet was so pretty - beautiful textures and colours, finished with ivory satin ribbon. The four bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Rachel's bouquet, with all of the same flowers. A few little blooms for the bride's hair. For the mums we designed delicate wrist corsages with lisianthus, gyp and astrantia. Bruno's buttonhole was a mix of white and pink lisianthus with delphinium and eucalyptus - designed to compliment the bridal bouquet. The other men wore smaller buttonholes without the pink. Everything delivered to the venue. The ceremony room at The Lion Inn is quite magnificent on its own so it doesn't really need much decor, so we simply tied some flowers to the end of the chairs and the bride laid her bouquet on the table. The top table was to be set up later - this would be made up of candles in glass cylinders, tealights and vases for the bouquets. The tables had a trio of candles in the centre in glass cylinders, with loosely placed foliages around the base - simple yet elegant. We also provided some sprigs of foliage and gyp for the cake, which was added by the venue later on, and filled a basket with rose petals for confetti. I haven't seen any of the pro photos yet but here's a lovely one of Rachel with her cousin Grace - another of my brides from early 2020! I hope Rachel and Bruno had a wonderful day!
