Sam and Alex were married on 17 November 2018 at Maidens Barn. They went for a dusky pink, lilac and ivory colour scheme for their flowers, including some special requests of the bride including roses, carnations and thistles. Amongst the roses I used the aptly named "Samantha's Bridal" - so perfect for a bride called Samantha! Sam's bouquet was a pretty one - full of texture and a lovely mix of colours. The bridesmaids carried all gyp bouquets, finished with a simple ivory ribbon. All boxed up and ready for delivery. I'm looking at different delivery options for next year because navigating tight corners with these big boxes isn't the easiest thing and storing them in my workshop just takes up too much space! The men's buttonholes were all gyp as well - so cute! At the venue I designed the long and low for the ceremony/top table and gyp chair ends for the chairs lining the aisle. The bride and groom provided their own centrepieces which were so very autumnal including log slices, pine cones, autumn leaves and candles. The delicious looking cake is by Sweet Slice of Italy - she constructed it on site and I then decorated it with some garlands of eucalyptus. So simple but so elegant and effective. No sign of the professional photos yet but here's a sneak peek courtesy of some of the couple's guests. Wishing a lifetime of happiness to this lovely couple 💗
Love, Hannah xx
