Sarah and Ian were married on 15 September 2023 at East Mersea Hall. They chose classic whites and greens for their flowers, which included roses, dahlias, stocks and astilbe. Sarah's bouquet was soft and pretty, with lots of different textured blooms and the trailing chiffon ribbon finished it off perfectly. The three bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Sarah's bouquet, all with the same flowers. There were also two junior bridesmaids who carried smaller versions still - I think it's so important to keep the flowers in scale depending on if it's an adult or a child carrying them! Delivered to the venue. Ian wore a bigger buttonhole than his groomsmen, with three spray rose blooms and lots of lovely foliage. The other men wore smaller versions with just a single focal flower. In their little vases delivered to the venue. In terms of venue decor the couple did their own centrepieces, however I designed a beautiful long and low arrangement which was used on both their ceremony table and their top table. A couple of thank you bouquets! I also provide some flowers for the cake, which Crumbs to Creations collected from me the day before the wedding (sometimes that works best in terms of logistics!) It was so lovely of Lockyear Photography to send me so many of the gorgeous pro photos - take a look below: I hope Sarah and Ian had a great day! 🤍
