Shannon and Conner were married on 1 July 2023 at The Hare's Field, which was a new venue for me but a beautiful one to work at! They chose a gorgeous colour palette of blush pink, white and burnt orange, so I got to use the simply stunning 'toffee' rose amongst a selection of other blooms, including astilbe, sweet peas and pampas grass. Shannon's bouquet was soft, fluffy and just all kinds of gorgeous! The bunny tails and bleached ruscus added a lightness to the bouquet, with those toffee roses taking pride of place in the centre. The bouquet was finished with trailing blush chiffon ribbons which finished it off perfectly. The three bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Shannon's bouquet. Delivered to the venue (the bride made me promise not to get her face in the photo!) Conner's buttonhole featured a toffee rose, with bunny tails, bleached ruscus and fresh foliage. The other men wore buttonholes of spray roses, bunny tails, bleached ruscus and foliage. The Hare's Field is a small venue but perfect for an intimate wedding! I decorated the glass welcome sign with two groupings of flowers which framed it beautifully. The focal arrangement at the venue was this stunning arch which formed the backdrop for both the ceremony and later photos. I made it in a deconstructed, natural style with clusters of flowers and lots of pampas grass which the bride was so happy to be able to keep afterwards! The couple provided their own candles which went perfectly with the flowers. At the base of the stairs was this meadow style arrangement coming up from the floor. We'd talked about decorating the bannister but this arrangement made more impact as it was the first thing you saw when you walked in the room. The vase was added on the table for the bridal bouquet to be placed into after the ceremony for additional decor. The ceremony and reception was all in the one room, with one long table set up to seat the guests (they didn't have a formal sit down dinner). Down the centre of this the couple placed a fabric runner with mismatched candles, and I later added in little bud vases with blooms to match the arch. The stunning pro photos come courtesy of Flawless Photography and I'm obsessed with them! I hope Shannon and Conner had the best day!
