Siobhan and Jake were married on 9 November 2019 at Apton Hall. They went for a gorgeous colour combination of burgundy, blush and ivory. Siobhan's bouquet was a stunner, finished with trailing burgundy ribbons. The little touch of the blue thistle in there was just lovely as well. The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Siobhan's bridal bouquet, but without the trailing ribbons as they were wearing burgundy dresses. All boxed up and ready for delivery! Jake's groom buttonhole was the same as those for the other men and for the ladies' corsages - a pink rose, blue thistle and burgundy astrantia, with some soft ruscus foliage to finish off. At the venue just waiting to be pinned on! The ceremony was a lovely set up - we placed a 'long and low' arrangement on the ceremony table which was later moved over to the top table. The bride and groom also tied on navy ribbons to the ends of the chairs which added a lovely splash of colour. Sadly the bride's mum was no longer with her so for the chair where she should have sat we placed a small tied bouquet with flowers to match the bridal bouquet. We also added in a fuchsia flower cut from the garden as this was her favourite flower. Such a lovely gesture! The reception room looked so lovely once all set up. The bride and groom provided their own beautiful candles and tealights for the tables which we decorated with fresh flowers and foliage. The stunning cake and sweet little bride and groom cakes were created by Pinkface Cakes. We provided loose flowers all individually wired and taped which Vicki then added to the cake to form a cascading design. It looked just beautiful. There were also two mini cakes, one for each of the bride and groom with decor to match their outfits. Here's a preview of the stunning professional photos captured by The Vedrines Photography - I just love the burgundy velvet bridesmaid dresses!! I hope Siobhan and Jake had a wonderful day! ❤️💗
