Stephanie and Matthew were married on 13 April 2019 with a church ceremony, with their reception to follow at The Coach House at the Marks Hall Estate. They went for a beautiful spring colour palette, with a mix of pinks and whites with some pops of lilac and pastel blue. The bride wanted peonies and I was so excited to be able to get some for her considering it's still early in the season - they smelt divine! A lovely full flower list! The four bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Stephanie's bouquet, and the two flower girls then carried smaller versions still. The bouquets were all finished with simple ivory satin ribbon. Logan dog being particularly helpful while I was trying to take photos! The bride and her bridesmaids all wore flowers in their hair - hair combs for the adults and flower crowns for the younger girls. The buttonholes featured lilac lisianthus as the focal flower with waxflower, muscari and foliage. I also made a larger floral crown/collar for the bride's dog Mellow. As much as my dog Logan wanted to be around while I was photographing the bouquets he was not keen to be my model for the floral collar and to check the size - he made a quick exit at this point!! I finished the ends with ribbon, like I do for a flower crown, so the length can be adjusted as required. The van all loaded up and ready to go. At the adorable little church I delivered the long and low which was placed on the altar. This would later be moved over to the top table at the venue. The venue looked stunning with bunting and fairy lights draped across the ceiling, hanging glass baubles and jugs of flowers on the tables. Here's a lovely shot of the bride with her parents and her bridesmaids - and just look at Mellow the dog!! Congratulations to the happy couple!
