Tiffany and Alex's wedding

Tiffany and Alex were married on 4 June 2022 in a church ceremony and then held their reception at Houchins. They chose beautiful shades of blush pink and white for their flowers, which included roses, spray roses, stocks, freesia, sweet peas and peonies.

Tiffany's bouquet was so pretty, with freesia, stocks, peonies and homegrown sweet peas adding the most beautiful fragrance. Finished with trails of ivory and taupe ribbon it was just delightful.

The five bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Tiff's bouquet, with trailing ribbons to match.

Tiffany also asked for a mini bouquet which she could lay on the grave of a loved one at the church. I thought this was a lovely idea and way of including them in her big day.

Alex wore a simple buttonhole with a single white spray rose and foliage.

The other men wore buttonholes to match, all finished with taupe ribbon.

To decorate the church we tied flowers to the end of every pew/chair, adorned the front with a large pedestal arrangement and dressed the windowsill with simple candles and foliages, with just a few flowers dotted throughout.

Houchins is such a versatile venue that you can dress up or down as much as you wish. Tiffany and Alex used the services of Monet Events for their venue styling, which we complimented with fresh flowers and foliages. Along the front of the top table and down the centre of each long guest table we laid soft ruscus and eucalyptus foliages, with vases laid out for the bouquets to be placed into after the photographs. There were also a few round tables up on the mezzanine which would later have the pew ends moved on to from the church.

To jazz up the mezzanine railings Monet Events hung some fabric swags and we placed a large floral hoop in the centre.

Monet Events also provided a frame which would act as a backdrop for photographs - they hung it with fabric and we then dressed it up with fresh flowers. My sister assisted me with the set up of this wedding and caught a few action shots!
